Summer or winter, with us you're right in the middle of the mountains. In winter, the Wildkogel-Arena valley run ends right at our front door — in summer, nature is waiting just outside. Hiking trails, bike routes, climbing tours and plenty of nature experiences start nearby. For hours of pure enjoyment. And for mountain adventures big and small.

Yes, you can use our private car park free of charge for your entire stay. That way you arrive relaxed and always have your car close by.
There's no charging station at the house itself. However, there's a public EV charging station right across the street where you can easily charge your electric car.
It's all very simple: you can check in online in advance and then pick up your key on site. If you'd rather check in in person, that's always possible too.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Unfortunately not, we are a pet-free house. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, families and children are warmly welcome. We're always happy to host guests big and small who want to explore the region together.
In winter you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, tobogganing and ski touring. In summer you can go hiking, cycling, swimming, climbing or play tennis — perfect for varied days out in nature.
The valley run leads straight to our house. The Wildkogelbahn is about a five-minute walk away. And the climate-friendly electric train takes you back to the valley station in just a few minutes.
